This Privacy Policy explains how Al Fuentes Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in The Breath Interval iOS app (the "App") and on the website breathinterval.com (the "Website").
Summary
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The App collects nothing at all.
The App
The App does not collect any data. It has no account, no sign-in, and no analytics. Your breathing rhythms, presets, playlists and preferences are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. The chimes and background music are included in the App itself, so it does not need a network connection to work.
Purchases in the App
The optional one-time purchase that unlocks saved presets, playlists, every chime and the full music library is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, email address, or payment details. Apple tells your device whether the purchase was made, and that is all we receive. Restoring a previous purchase asks Apple, not us. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
The Website
The Website is informational. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the service. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply to you.
Service Providers
The Website is hosted by Google Firebase. Purchases in the App are processed by Apple. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies. The App itself uses no third-party services.
How Long We Keep Information
Information stored on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the App. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records, or as required by law.
Your Choices and Rights
You can delete everything the App stores by deleting the App. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Contact us at info@alfuentes.com and we will respond.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Users
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, any information you send us is processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
