This App is intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new breathing practice, especially if you have a medical condition such as a cardiovascular or respiratory disorder. Stop use immediately and consult a physician if you experience dizziness, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms.
Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. It is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's terms govern payment, refunds, and restoring purchases. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of Al Fuentes Enterprises LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your Content
Presets and playlists you create are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us. The chimes and music available in the App are provided by us; the App does not accept audio files of your own. If you send us feedback or a suggestion, you grant us permission to read it and to act on it in developing the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Fuentes Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
